I grew up with my Mom cooking out of the original Moosewood Cookbook by Mollie Katzen. Countless delicious recipes in this book bring back many childhood memories. One of my favorite Moosewood recipes I made recently is Cauliflower Cheese Pie with Grated Potato Crust. I added grated carrot to the crust. It is delicious.
